NOTTINGHAM TRENT COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS EVENT 2014

On the afternoon of 2 December, over 100 people attended the second annual NTU Community Christmas Event, held at NTU's Newton Building.

Guests were entertained by singers from Radford Primary School, and a medley of classic songs and seasonal favourites by a singer/flugelhornist from a local brass band, and had the opportunity to visit stands and stalls from a number of local charities and ethical trading craft initiatives. A wide selection of home-made cakes, biscuits and other treats, and pretty hyacinth plants were also on sale.

The cakes and flowers raised £180.00, which is to be donated to the QMC helipad appeal, and overall the event raised more than £380.00 for the charities which took part.

The NAG Committee and Executive would like to join Mark in congratulating the members of the NAG for their efforts in baking cakes and biscuits for the event.

THANK YOU!
