UNITE SUBMIT PLANNING APPLICATION FOR 690-BED STUDENT PURPOSE BUILD ON DERBY ROAD
As anticipated (see Unite Release Plans to Build New 620 Bed Student Accommodation on Derby Road) the Unite Group Plc has submitted a full planning application in which, while retaining a car showroom garage, Unite seek permission to demolish the remaining buildings at 406 ane 408 Derby Road and Northern Dairies Ltd, Radmarsh Road, and redevelop the site for student accommodation (690 bed spaces) and flexible floor space for Use Class B1 and D1 fronting Derby Road, with associated cycle parking and landscaping.
