Annual Report 2012-2013

This report, covering the period 2012-2013, provides an overvview of all student behaviour cases handled by Leeds' universities and colleges. It is produced by the University of Leeds with support from Leeds Metropolitan University Leeds Trinity, Leeds College of Music and Leeds City College.

The purpose of the report is:

  1. To provide information about the complaints made to through the Helpline service to the universities and colleges between August 2012 and July 2013 and the subsequent institutional responses.
  2. To provide information on the universities and colleges proactive work to reduce students negative impact and promote positive behaviour in local communities.
  3. To highlight any emerging trends and issues affecting local communities.
  4. To outine developments and priority areas for the coming twelve months.
