Joint meetings between Unipol and the NAG have become an opportunity to look at current trends in the student housing market, and indeed at the housing market as a whole. This meeting will be no exception.

This meeting will also form part of the current consultation by Nottingham City Council on proposals to introduce selective licensing of private rented accommodation in the city. Nottingham City Council's Housing Strategy team will be there to present the proposals, answer questions and give guidance as to how attendees can respond to the consultation.

In addition, representatives of Nottingham's Community Protection will be there to introduce discussions on, and take questions about ♦proposals for an Alcohol Saturation Zone in areas of Radford & Park and Dunkirk & Lenton wards; and ♦developments relating to a 'Community Trigger' dealing with off-campus university student related anti-social behaviour.

As always with NAG open meetings, invitations are sent out, amongst others, to Councillors, Council officers, representatives from Nottingham's two universities and their students' unions, Community Protection and Nottinghamshire Police.

Everyone is welcome to attend and time will be set aside for questions, comments and feedback.
