Towards the end of 2013, Unipol published a comprehensive report: Assessment of Student residence and Housing Market Conditions in Nottingham.
Martin Blakey, CEO of Unipol, will be at the meeting to discuss the findings of the report, as well as to give updates on what is happening in the student housing market in 2014.
In addition, there will be an introduction to a pathfinding development of student 'town houses' at present in the process of being built on land on Castle Boulevard overlooking the Canal. See: The 'Graystacks' Project: from Concept to Completion
Councillors, Council officers, representatives from Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent University, Police representatives, Nottingham University Students' Union representatives, and others will be invited to attend.
The meeting will include an open forum for discussion of all matters of concern to attendees.
